Elizabeth A. Tellessen

Elizabeth Tellessen's practice focuses on private and public land use, relating to urban development, natural resources, and agriculture. In addition, she assists clients with commercial real estate transactions and litigation matters.
Land Use
Ms. Tellessen provides legal counsel in the areas of municipal law, administrative law and procedures, growth management law and policy, zoning and development regulations, as well as state environmental regulations and policies.
Real Estate Transactions
Ms. Tellessen represents businesses and individuals in matters relating to the purchase and sale of real property, and matters relating to the ownership of and interest in real property, including contract negotiation, financing, leases, title insurance, covenants and restrictions on land, easements, access, and boundary lines.
Natural Resources and Water
She also provides legal counsel in the areas of local, municipal, and administrative law with regard to obtaining and maintaining mining and water rights and preserving agricultural land and production.
