Gabrielle’s practice focuses primarily on family law. Previously, she practiced general litigation, guardianship and appellate law. Gabrielle joined Winston Cashatt in 2016, after running her own practice for 12 years.

Background
Gabrielle spent her childhood overseas, eventually going to high school in Missoula, Montana. She moved to Spokane to attend Gonzaga Law School in 1998 and found home. She proudly raised two children and a bunch of dogs in Spokane. When she is not working, Gabrielle enjoys traveling with her kids, being outside, reading, and continues to collect as many large dogs as her sanity allows.

Family Law
Gabrielle has handled complex family law matters, including divorces, child support actions, parenting plan and child support modifications, pre/post nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, and numerous other related issues for over twenty years. Her family law experience also includes both the filing and defense of domestic violence protection orders, anti-harassment orders, and sexual assault protection orders. She has worked with complicated family dynamics, which may require the use of guardians, family and estate planning, and has served as a Title 4 Guardian ad Litem when necessary.

Gabrielle has also cultivated relationships with external experts and resources that may be helpful to her clients as needed, including private investigators, forensic accountants, counselors, labs and process servers. She is able to assist clients working through all stages of the litigation process, including guidance in pre-filing, temporary hearings, arbitration, mediation and trial environments.
