Anna Krzyminski O’Quinn joined Winston & Cashatt in 2025. Raised in Spokane, she attended Gonzaga University and moved to the Mississippi Delta after graduation to teach sixth grade math through Teach for America. She moved back to Spokane and joined the Accelerated Program at Gonzaga University School of Law, where she received the Thomas More Scholarship and graduated summa cum laude in 2017.

During Ms. O’Quinn’s time in law school, she interned at the Federal Defenders of Eastern Washington before completing an internship with Judge Rosanna M. Peterson in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Washington. She also interned at the YWCA working on civil domestic violence and family law issues and joined the YWCA as a staff attorney after passing the Washington State Bar Exam, where she was recognized as a 2017 Shining Star.

In 2018 she began working as a prosecutor for the City of Spokane where she spent the next eight years prosecuting domestic violence cases as well as other criminal cases. Ms. O’Quinn spent the last several years at the office as the motions and appeals attorney and the president of the City prosecutor’s union.

When not in the office, Ms. O’Quinn enjoys time with her family, traveling, and Gonzaga basketball.
