Winston & Cashatt, Lawyers, with offices in Coeur d’Alene and Spokane, is seeking to hire an attorney with 1-3 years’ experience in litigation practice. We are seeking those candidates that understand both short and long-term financial and career benefits of developing their practice in a collaborative team environment, who strive for professional excellence, and who desire to become our next partners. We work hard together to grow our practices and share the benefits of a full-service firm for our clients and our lawyers.

Compensation will be dependent on experience and qualifications; for qualified candidates, salary is expected to range between $70,000-$80,000, as well as additional discretionary bonuses.  Winston & Cashatt also provides contribution of up to 15% of your compensation to a 401(k) profit sharing plan without matching contributions, paid medical insurance for attorney and all qualifying family, life, long-term disability and long-term care insurance, parking, cell phone allowance, and bar and professional dues.
