Winston & Cashatt, Lawyers Welcomes New Associate Courtney B. Whitten

Winston & Cashatt is proud to announce that Courtney B. Whitten has joined the firm as an associate attorney.  Courtney’s practice focuses on criminal defense and complex civil litigation.

A Spokane local, Courtney attended the University of Washington prior to returning home for law school. In addition to graduating Magna Cum Laude from Gonzaga University School of Law, she served as an Associate Editor of the Gonzaga Law Review, Vice President and Interim President of the Student Bar Association, and President of the William O. Douglas Committee. Courtney was admitted to the bar in 2017 and has practiced in the Spokane area since that time. Courtney's quality of work and dedication to public service have been recognized through awards and scholarships, including the Washington Young Lawyers Committee Public Service and Leadership Award for 2020. In her spare time, Courtney spends time with her family, which includes two long-haired dachshunds, bakes birthday cakes, and works at her family's cattle ranch in Cheney, Washington.
