Jacob T. Allen
Jacob’s practice focuses on family law litigation including custody, custody modifications, child support, and all forms of marital dissolutions. Jacob joined Winston & Cashatt in 2022, after handling his own family law case load at his previous firm.
Jacob is a transplant from California, but has spent considerable time in the Pacific Northwest prior to moving here for school as he has extended family in eastern Idaho. Jacob graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2018 while achieving numerous accolades including being an Associate Editor of Gonzaga’s Law Review, being elected to the Development Chair of Gonzaga’s Law Review and being a semi-finalist for Clarke Cup, an oral advocacy competition. Jacob began gaining experience in family law litigation in 2017, even prior to graduating, working as a Rule-9 at a firm that heavily focused on this area while he finished law school. Upon graduation, Jacob went to work as an associate attorney for a firm focusing on family law litigation here in Spokane. He continues to hone his skills in this area and looks forward to offering outstanding representation to clients to help them achieve the best result possible.
