Winston & Cashatt, Lawyers, with offices in Coeur d’Alene and Spokane, is seeking to hire an attorney(s) with both significant experience and some existing practice in probate, wills, estate planning, elder law and related matters. If you are weary of firm management in a solo or small group, attorneys at Winston & Cashatt are provided with strong resources and support for their practice, existing clients, and career. We are seeking those candidates who want to further develop their practice in a collaborative team environment, and who understand both short and long-term financial and career benefits. Compensation will be dependent on experience and qualifications; for qualified laterals, base salary is expected to range between $85,000-$95,000, as well as additional nondiscretionary and discretionary bonuses. Winston & Cashatt also provides contribution of up to 15% of your compensation to a 401(k) profit sharing plan without matching contributions, paid medical insurance for attorney and all qualifying family, life, long-term disability and long-term care insurance, parking, cell phone allowance, and bar and professional dues.
