Casey Becker Riedner Simmons has been named a principal at Winston & Cashatt, Lawyers.
Casey joined Winston & Cashatt in 2019 and focuses her practice on all aspects of litigation, including personal injury, TEDRA litigation, criminal defense and property disputes in both Idaho and Washington. Prior to joining the firm, Casey practiced as a deputy prosecuting attorney for Kootenai County, Idaho for six years, handling a variety of criminal matters, both misdemeanor and felony. She is an experienced trial attorney, having successfully litigated many jury and bench trials during her career. Casey is a Pacific Northwest native who graduated summa cum laude from the University of Idaho with a B.A. in Accounting in 2009 and cum laude from the University of Idaho School of Law in 2012. She was admitted to practice in Idaho that same year and was admitted to practice in Washington in 2019. She is the current president of the Idaho First District Bar Association and a board member for the John P. Gray Bench Bar Forum.
